Who We Are

Built for the Principal Class

Iron Circle principals reviewing transaction documents

The highest-value commodities in the world move through a short list of intermediaries who have earned the trust of both buyer and seller simultaneously. Iron Circle was built to be on that list: disciplined in process, relentless in execution, accountable to outcome.

Iron Circle Metals & Commodities was established as a Wyoming limited liability company to address a specific gap in the global market: institutional-quality transaction coordination available to serious principals who operate outside the bulge-bracket commodity houses.

Our partners have operated at the intersection of capital markets, commodity logistics, and cross-border trade. We know from experience that the difference between a deal that closes and one that collapses is almost never the asset itself. It is the integrity of the process around it.

Iron Circle serves as transaction coordinator and intermediary for gold, diamonds, iron ore, coal, copper, and fuel. We represent buyers who need verified sellers, sellers who need qualified buyers, and both parties who need a neutral coordinator to manage documentation, inspection, and custody transfer without introducing counterparty risk.

The Iron Circle corporate structure — a Wyoming operating LLC supported by a separate holding company — mirrors how we structure transactions: every layer is intentional, every entity carries a defined purpose, and nothing is left to ambiguity.

01

Precision

Every Iron Circle transaction is documented to the most demanding standard present in the deal. We do not simplify paperwork. We complete it — accurately, completely, and in advance of need.

02

Discretion

Our clients move significant positions. Counterparty identity, transaction structure, pricing terms, and strategic intent are held in strict confidence — internally and in all external communications.

03

Accountability

Iron Circle signs its name to every transaction it coordinates. If we are in the deal, we are accountable to its outcome — to both principals, without qualification.
